About this atlas
- Is there one place to see current clinical practice guidelines?
- Guideline Atlas indexes the current clinical practice guideline for 156 conditions across 17 organ systems — 279 guidelines in total, from bodies including ACC/AHA, ESC, NICE, WHO, IDSA, ASCO and ESMO. It is a locator: each entry links out to the issuing society's own publication rather than reproducing it.
- Does it show US and European guidelines side by side?
- Yes — this is the main thing it does differently. Each condition shows the current US guideline next to the current European or international one, and 122 conditions carry curated notes on where the two actually differ, each with its own source link.
- Is Guideline Atlas free?
- Yes, entirely, with no account or paywall. Every page is fully readable signed out. Creating a free account only adds personal bookmarks and study tracking.
- Where does the information come from?
- Every entry is curated by hand from the issuing society's own publication and carries a source link. Guideline Atlas stores bibliographic metadata and short neutral summaries — never guideline full text. Anything that could not be verified against the issuing body is left out rather than guessed at.
