ETA Guidelines for the Use of Levothyroxine Sodium Preparations in Monotherapy to Optimize the Treatment of Hypothyroidism

US vs EU key differences

Scope differs fundamentally: the ATA 2014 document is a full treatment guideline covering monotherapy, combination therapy and thyroid extracts, while the ETA 2025 guideline is narrowly focused on optimising levothyroxine monotherapy in patients who fail to reach TSH or symptom targets. source
